"I first entered the door of the House of Gains about 3 years ago. I was very nervous at first as it was my first time in a gym and I knew nothing about lifting weights. I was so happy to find a welcoming, cheerful and encouraging coach as well as great members to train and share my progress with. I felt and saw quick progress in my physique and my state of mind. This is a "feel good" gym that I highly recommend!"

Quite quickly I started to lose some kilos and I saw that it was actually possible. I love the family atmosphere. It isn’t just Keven who gives me advice and encouragement. The other members of the gym are always happy to chat and help."
